A Spring Saturday?

This is what I woke up to this morning!
Most of the day was spent at church working towards the
 Palm Sunday Bake Sale.
These were some of the views of the day...

Decorating Easter sugar cookies.

Baking Swedish Kringle.

Got some more of the wallpaper off in the familyroom
(still working on the first wall!)

Made a string of 20 felt pennants for Micaela's upcoming craft show next week.

More of a chore than a craft...

Worked this evening on removing some more wallpaper from the familyroom.  Stopped when I lost my light.  Thus the poorly lit photo.
(I just can't face that quilt re-do yet.)

Wallpaper and Fabric

Seems right now that I have a lot of both... The wallpaper is taking forever to remove.  Unemployed today so took some more off.  Spent about 2 hours today.  This is "before".
Here is the "after".

Went through my small folds of fabric today and found a bunch of too small pieces so I decided to cut them up into blocks or strips-whatever worked best.

Daniel went back to college tonight...the house seems empty.

Wallpaper removal...

Unemployed day so took some wallpaper off.  Here is the start of the work...
and about 3 hours later.

Tonight I began to sew another church quilt top.
